Mr. Saleh Al-Turki is an independent non-executive Board member of Saudi Development and Economic Development Co. (SEDCO) since January 2000. He is the President of NESMA Holding Company, the NAMMA Holding Group of Companies and MAWADDAH International Group. In July 2006, he was appointed as the chairman of the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is also chairman of the board of Saudi Industrial Development Company (SIDC) and Regional Capital Finance Company.

Mr. Al-Turki is a member of the board of directors for Jeddah Holding Company and Al Bilad Newspaper and Publishing Establishment. He is also a member of the consultative council for Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region and council for the Development of Health Services in that region. In addition, he is a member of the board of directors for several companies in varied activities: ranging from banking and investments to trade and industrial general services, both in and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Al Turki received a B.A. in public administration from the American University of Beirut, in 1970 and an M.A. in public administration from California State University in San Bernardino, California in 1975.
