Captain Abdullah Al-Ghamdi graduated from Southampton Institute of higher education, United Kingdom in 1998 as a 2nd Officer with a degree in Nautical Science. After graduation, Captain Al-Ghamdi held various positions in Saudi Aramco. He is a fully certified harbor pilot capable of handling different types of Oil/ Product Tankers that visit Saudi Aramco Terminals on the Red Sea coast.
